Monarque Shipping Policy
At Monarque, we attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers, and this notably involves a fast and reliable delivery policy.
We undertake to ship your order within 48 hours of its validation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For any order of an amount equal to or greater than 150 euros including tax, shipping costs are offered for delivery in Belgium or metropolitan France. For orders of less than 150 euros, delivery will be charged X euros for Metropolitan France and X euros for international orders
Here are the different delivery options we offer:
- Home delivery: If you wish to receive your order directly at home, we offer home delivery with delivery against signature. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped, and you will receive a link to track your package in real time. Delivery costs will be calculated automatically when validating your order.
- Withdrawal from a relay point: If you prefer to withdraw your order from a relay point, we offer this option. You can choose the relay point closest to you when validating your order. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is available in the chosen relay point.
- Pick up in store: If you live near one of our stores, you can choose to pick up in store. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is ready, and you can withdraw it at the reception of the shop on presentation of an identity document.
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen. The indicative delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 working days
- Belgium: 2 to 3 working days
- Other countries of the European Union: 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days
In the event of a delay in delivery, we will inform you by e-mail and do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
